Who are we?
Lisa Lonsdale - Broker
With a nearly 100% repeat and referral-based clientele, it is undisputable that Lisa Lonsdale is a firm believer in the customer care approach.
Lisa’s career began in 1995, when she took home Bosley Real Estate’s “Rookie of the Year” award. Her early success was followed by The Founder’s Award for ‘a job done above and beyond expectations’. Her equitable approach, combined with her negotiating prowess consistently puts Lisa among the very top agents at Bosley Real Estate.
With the added support offered by full-time admin and marketing team, Lisa is able to flawlessly and meticulously manage a diverse range of real estate transactions from starter condos to multi-million dollar homes.
Growing up in Vancouver has refined her laid-back, friendly, and approachable disposition. If Lisa is not entertaining family and friends at her home in Little Italy, she is enjoying the outdoors via foot, rollerblades, or skis.
Her passions extend to volunteering at a children’s school breakfast program and contributing on a monthly basis to the needs of women and children in developing countries.

Lindsay Anderson - Sales Representative
Lindsay is passionate, ambitious and dedicated to helping people navigate the world of real estate so they can love where they live.
Whether buyer, seller or renter, Lindsay is interested in creating long-term relationships with her clients -- not just quick, one-time transactions.
Lindsay’s parents were a husband and wife realtor team back in the 1980s and 90s -- so family and the market have always been bound together in her life.
While working as a realtor, Lindsay and her partner Damian restored three very run-down 1950s cabins on Lake Skootamatta to their original charm and are now entering their eighth season as owners of a summer rental cottage business in a place they love.
It was at those cottages that Lindsay, a hard core animal lover and former dog walker, met Lisa -- and Lisa’s dog Dexter.
They quickly became friends and Lisa convinced her to throw herself back into real estate full time. So she joined her friend’s Bosley team.
This client first philosophy isn’t new, but it’s what Lindsey lives by. It’s the essence and foundation of her very personal and effective representation.
The true measure of her success is the satisfaction of each and every one of her clients -- and their ongoing referrals and repeat business.
She’s received her Certified Negotiating Expert (CNE) designation but she has a four and a half year old and a 5 month old, so she’s used to effective negotiating at work and at home.

Jessica Richardson - Interior Designer
Jessica Richardson is the principal decorator behind GYSTInteriors and has been moving around other people’s furniture for as long as she can remember. As a little girl she was often caught re-arranging her parent's living room or organizing a friend's stuffed animal collection. One of Jessica’s fondest childhood memories is of her dollhouse andits subsequent "renovation".
What began as an abandoned curb find turned into a prized possession: proof that re-loving something, seeing past just what’s in front of you and making it your own can be incredibly rewarding. This is a lesson that she still brings to her work today.
Jessica firmly believes that one’s home should reflect the people who live there, offering style, comfort and function all at once. The most successful spaces are well thought out, collected, and are not afraid to break the rules.
Jessica’s background in art, art history and visual merchandising paved the way to her starting GYSTInteriors—a petite, cozy interiors company offering Home Staging and full Decorating + Design solutions. She is a formally trained Decorator and has worked on both residential and commercial projects, large and small.
Her love for interiors, furniture and the unexpected -- along with her un-stuffy approach to design -- can be summed up by her very own recipe for a great space:
Something old
Something new
Something black
...and something with hue
Jessica enjoys enormous coffees, all things that sparkle and does not require an occasion for a glass of champagne.
